Testing & Quality
From synthesis to certificate: how a peptide earns its place in our range.
Synthesis
The peptide is made by modern solid-phase synthesis and purified.
HPLC purity
Chromatography measures how much of the sample is the named peptide.
Mass spectrometry
The measured mass is compared with the expected molecular weight.
Certificate
The results are issued as a certificate of analysis and published with the product.
Where the numbers come from
Every value shown for a batch is copied from that batch's certificate of analysis. We do not round up, average across batches, or carry a result from one batch to another.
The fields on a product page
Purity (HPLC)
The share of the main peak in a high-performance liquid chromatography run, as reported on the certificate.
Identity (mass spectrometry)
The measured mass compared with the expected molecular weight, confirming the main component is the named peptide.
Batch No.
The manufacturing lot the certificate refers to. A certificate is valid only for its own batch.
Date of analysis
When the measurement was performed.
Storage
The conditions stated for keeping the material stable in a laboratory setting.
“Analysis pending”
A value not reported for a batch. A blank is never filled with a typical or expected figure.
Limits of this information
Analytical results describe a tested sample at the time of analysis. They are not a guarantee of suitability for any particular experiment, and they say nothing about safety or effect in any living system. See the Disclaimer.
